What would happen in this scenario, regarding closing accounts etc?

Let's say for example you have two bank accounts within the Lloyds Banking Group, a Halifax account and a Lloyds account. Lloyds Banking Group then decides for whatever reason it no longer wants your custom and gives you the 60 days notice of account closure.
But you have a third bank account with an unrelated building society company. Then one day, that building society company becomes a banking company within the Lloyds Banking Group. Would this mean that the third account you had before that company got taken over would also get closed soon after it became part of the Lloyds Banking Group?

There is a possibility if you have done something that warrants the closure of all LBG accounts.
But as its hypothetical and less likely for LBG to take over any further banks you will probably be okay.
