I would choose the Vanguard Global All Cap fund as it includes small/medium shares and so has a broader range of underlying investments than the other's mentioned.

Just wondering if I'm looking at the same fund as the one I'm looking at says 0.18%

Yes it is reporting as 0.16% on some sites and 0.18% on others. When I download HSBC's official fund provider factsheet PDF from FE updated 31 August 2018 it is showing 0.16% however the HSBC website is still showing 0.18%

snapshot dates may be different. Hence the 0.02% difference.

It has a 0.16% OCF with 0.04% (or called Ongoing Cost Ex-Ante thanks to MiFID II - that hasnt caught on yet.). Transaction Cost Ex-Ante is 0.04% dated 15/11/2017. So, 0.20% all in if you comply with MiFIDII but for normal people its 0.18%. They reported again on 01/11/2018 with same OCF. So, if their own site is saying 0.18% then its woefully out of date.
