I got a payout from Barclaycard as I had statements
but at the same time had a NatWest Visa card which was changed
to Barclaycard Visa but I don't have statements only the payment stubs
in my old cheque book(paperwork was lost in a flood),I contacted
Natwest bank and they said they cant help me.
Please advise what I can do now please?Thanks.

The only thing you can do is send a SAR to see what info is left, SOunds like they haven't got any though so no info = no complaint.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
