Standing Security on Inherited Property

I have a standing security on my mother's house and I have now discovered that she has left the house to my sister in her will. I know that the house cannot be sold without paying off the standing security, but can the title change hands and my sister simply move in or rent out the property and leave the debt outstanding?

Has your mother died?
Asking because if she left a will, and probate is granted, the house forms art of her estate. It doesn't immediately pass to your sister uncontested because the charge has to be removed, so your sister either has to give you the money, or the house has be to sold to pay the charge. The executor has a legal duty to use the estate to satisfy any debts before monies/property are dispersed.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
