I was parked in a 1 hour, no return bay at our office car park all day and received a ticket, however I only noticed that I had a ticket as it blew off my windscreen as I was travelling down the A1. It had been stuck on the top left of the windscreen on the passengers side.
I know who the company is, PCS Ltd, as a colleague also got a ticket the same day. Having read the advice I need to appeal 26 days after the ticket was issued but I don't have a reference number so how do I do that ?
Thank you in advance

As it was in 'our office car park', have you thought about complaining to your employer?0

if its a 1 hour no return bay, why leave the vehicle there "all day" ?0

PCS Ltd
Who exactly? In full?
If you have no PCN you will have to wait for the NTK to arrive next month, and appeal using the forum template then. As long as you are the rk named on the V5C.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

The full company name is Parking Control Solutions Ltd
I'll wait for the NTK to arrive then as I'm the registered keeper.0 -
Meanwhile, read this and watch the video.
This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.
Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed in the house as have Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each week, hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned. They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an
M.P. for unprofessional conduct
The problem has become so widespread that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the House of Commons recently

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Because the office park is over subscribed and there isn't adequate parking but that is apparently not a valid excuse to the Landlord to have the ticket waived. Hopefully that satisfies your curiosity.0

Yes indeed it does and I absolutely get your point about parking over subscribed its a travesty and one which the scammers must love!!
Although not a valid excuse (god only knows why not!!) there will be a defence for this and you will have to deal with it purely from a legal standpoint, its the only thing that sends the scammers back down the sewers from where they crawl from.
Plenty of good advice on here though, get reading and educate yourself in how to play the game you are now involved in.0 -
And the question in post #2?0
