You're telling people what the law says their rights are in one post, then in the next admitting it may not be the law after all.
Have you stopped to think of the possible consequences of somebody following your foolish advice? This board talks about people's livelihoods - the means to support their family. For goodness sake, if you're not 100% certain of something say so - or stay quiet.
And stop criticizing those better qualified to answer a question, they're not the ones being made to look foolish.0
