Gladstone Solicitors Letter received

Options
So, I have received a few letter regarding this PCN, it started at £100 and has risen, I have made no contact and have made no acknowledgement of who the driver of the vehicle was at the time, I also do not own the vehicle now (I did at the time) not sure if that makes a difference?

I can’t put a link to the letter here unfortunately as I’m a new member maybe I can further down

So not sure what my next steps are or my options and how much things will cost, I’ve tried reading through NEWBIE section and some other posts but I’m still a bit confused?

Thanks in advance
