Plusnet refund issues

Hi all,

Is anyone else having any problem getting a refund processed with plusnet? I’ve been waiting since the 9th October (day they claimed to have processed it) and was told it would take no longer than 14 days. I now keep getting palmed off whenever I ring saying that you “should get your money soon”
I’m waiting for a full years payment of over £200.

Anyone else having this sort of issue with them?

When they recently debited LRS twice at £197, I was told twice I would get a refund within 10 days, it took 21! I am still in depute with them over their lying.

It took me 2 months to get a refund and then a cheque finally arrived in the post. Except they’ve now partially refunded by October bill as well so now I’ve got part of the refund twice. Total incompetence. &#55358;&#56620;
