Third Party - PPI

Ive just received 4 separate letters in the post from RBS and each one was informing me that they have awarded me money.
Prior to this, a couple of days ago i revived two letter that stated my claim against two certain accounts showed no evidence of mis sold PPI. The third party company i made the complaint through rang and said they had also received this news and they were going to close down the account on regarding RBS.
The letters i have just recieved said that whilst investigating my complaint it has come to light that my loan forms part of a “consolidated loan chain”. As a result an investigation into all loans within this chain has been carried out.
My question is, do i have to inform the third party about the money i have been awarded so they can take their cut or is this not necessary due to them closing that investigation?
Thank you in advance

The 'third party' may well receive the same four letters detailing the award as you have and so unclose the 'investigation' and demand their cut.0

The third party will have been informed about your windfall and will ask for their percentage accordingly.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

Unfortunately, you've signed a contract with the "third party" allowing them to represent you in PPI complaints.
As such, the Bank are obliged to inform both you and them of the result.
So expect a bill for 20% of everything you've been awarded (plus VAT) shortly.
Sorry.0
