NatWest-Introduce a Friend free £50 for both

Nat West are offering £50.00 to existing customers for introducing a mate....
its not very simple.
firstly you have to pick up the form from the branch which includes the "switch over" form which means (s)he has to switch over all his/her direct debits, AND their salary has to be credited into the account.
If you go on the website and try ringing the number quoted, the advisors are useless, i spoke to s/one at ten oclock this morning and nobody knew about the offer. I had to spk to a supervisor and then get them to ring me back and explain what it involved.

good luck to anyone who tries it....
