Hotpoint Purchase - 6 Months of Ariel Free - In your own time

I purchased a Hotpoint washing machine on 16th September and there was an offer of 6 months supply of Ariel but am disappointed at the speed of the Ariel getting to me, the customer service person on the phone say they just dont have any Ariel in yet to send out to customers

Oy, stinky, surely you'll get the washing powder at some point, just use what you'd normally use till you get it. They didnt say you wont get it.

I would have expected them to just send some vouchers to exchange at a local supermarket rather than actually physically sending out packets of washing powder. How much do they reckon is 'six months worth' anyhow ?0
