So i've been granted planning for a 2 storey extension, is it possible i could only do a 1 storey extension within the existing planning? or would i need to send a new application ?
Thanks!
Thanks!

That would require full planning, back to square one.0

Thanks - i heard if it's along the same lines of the original plan, the council waiver the fees? if it's re-submitted within 12 months?0

just to confirm, it's not two storeys exactly, it's one storey with a roof whereby a room is built in the roof/loft. Thanks. So the new plan if it's just one storey, the roof would be lowered slightly.0

Email your planning officer with a sketch to start with.
It could be Minor Amendment or a Minor Material Amendment. They'll let you know which it is and what fee might be due.
