I’ve had to cave and put the heater on in the playroom (conservatory). It’s freezing in there.
But at least we are out most days (work and school/nursery) and the boys go to breakfast club so we aren’t in there as much as last winter.
I also went for my physio assessment yesterday and they’ve given me loads of exercises to do. There’s an app where I record what I’ve done and if there’s any pain etc. Makes me pretty accountable. So it’s like a free gym routine tailored to what I need. I have to go back for a second appointment for an assessment on my neck/shoulder though. The physio said it’s going to need quite a bit of work. Oophs. So I will be on two separate physio cycles at the same time.
So the aim is to be machine like strong for next year...but I will take pain free. Ha ha.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

Haha mine said the same when I showed him what I’d added to it through the night. At least this little hobby doesn’t cost us any money hahaMortgage balance as of end of Dec 19 - £120,675

Managed to get a code for a free Hello Fresh box off a friend which means I only need a mini shop this week for loo rolls, potatoes, pasta and gravy granules (randomly). Will also need the usual consumables like milk and bread, but that's it.
It's all been a bit quiet on the money front (I'm not complaining). So nothing really to report. We are all just feeling a bit tired and run down I think, so taking it easy on ourselves.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

I’m tempted to try HelloFresh, although I’m not sure if it’s worth the cost. Let me know what you think of it.

I have tried HF and Gousto. With the money off codes thought they were really good value, def made it easier during the working week.
Wouldn't pay full price though!1 -
Has anyone heard of this: @airtimerewards and get free credit using my code 8PDCBJK8 https://airtimerewards.app.link/friend
Basically you link your card and when you shop you earn discount off your phone bill, without having to scan receipts or anything. I’ve added my referral code here in case you want to try it. We both get £1 knocked off our phone bills if you sign up using my referral code.
A couple of my friends have used it and have managed to reduce their phone bills. So I figure every little helps right?Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

Hello fresh was really handy but no where near worth what it costs full price! The recipes can be downloaded though and I will definitely take advantage of that.

This is why I’m reluctant to take advantage of an offer as I don’t want to get drawn in and then start paying full price for the convenience (I’m such a lazy cook, especially with a clingy baby in tow)Mortgage balance as of end of Dec 19 - £120,675
