you are correct in doing the AOS unless you wish to pay it
read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ for defence examples etc
nobody here knows who owns the car park, or has seen the contracts or signage, we havent even got your DATE OF ISSUE and POC details listed on your MCOL form
and nobody here gives legal advice, you pay for that , usually to a solicitor , who would also want copies of all what I said , including pics , copies of docs etc
people here will advise you and help you , IF you can post more details like a timeline of paperwork, pics of signs, landowner contract , and in any case you need to post the DATE OF ISSUE and POC fromn your form
but no personal details, so edit post #1 above and remove any idea of who drove on the day, put the DRIVER, and for anything since, put KEEPER, nothing else , no "MY , ME , MYSELF & I"
and the previous people who gave you advice are morons, with no legal knowledge whatsoever, plus I doubt that they will pay the charge for you either0
