basically wanted to lay gravel on our front garden instead of nothing, basically its soil no grass there!
i was going to lay borders around edges of the garden but not the edge of the house where bricks etc is.. will this cause any problems?? gravel touching house bricks? (im sure im being over worried here)..
also we 1 drain our front, sounding incredibly stupid again but how do you stop gravel getting down that drain when laying etc? thanks so so much for any advice for a newbie!

As long as the gravel doesn't go above the damp proof course you'll be fine. You'll need a drain cover if the gravel is anywhere near it.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
