According to the threads ...... currently the BPA wins

    ok , I will accept that but the IPC come a close second

    however the BPA are skint , the IPC owners (gladstones) are rolling in it , with there "one stop" system

    I thought the IPC was owned by a C. Sole who is far from rolling in it. In fact she seems to be £2k down.
