Hi guys,
During the period of Jan 2015 to Feb 2016, I put my house for sale. During this process it was let out to a local estate agency (who no longer exists) who was selling it for me and renting it out whilst up for sale. (eventually sold in April 2016)
During this time, (I am assuming the people who rented my house did it but no proof) someone had registered 4 separate cars under my name at my then house. During the time whilst the house was for sale I was staying in hotels for work 4 days a week and at mums on weekends.
I only found out about these cars when I started getting bailiffs and letters at my mums house. I contacted them, DVLA, CIFAs and Action fraud to say that my details have been used and accumulating loads of tickets from councils, highways agency, Tfl etc) I though the matter was over.
I then checked my Experian and saw that my credit score went really low due to a CCJ. So instructed a useless law firm to help which I have now removed and got a refund.
So now I need to solve this myself. I only know the case number from my Experian, and know that its related to one of the cars as the useless solicitor told me but have no further info.
Any help is appreciated.

Take a look at the official register https://www.trustonline.org.uk/search-yourself
That should have all the details for you.0 -
You need to set aside the CCJ, which is covered already in the NEWBIES thread 2nd post.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

@waamo - did this, only provides basic info for £2.50 - doesn't tell me who is the claimant.
@Coupon-mad - I am in the process of filling out a N244 (set aside form) but I dont even know who the claimant is, only know its Northampton county court0 -
...only know its Northampton county court
It's The County Court Business Centre which also happens to be in Northampton.
Two different establishments.
Ring the CCBC and ask them who the Claimant is.
Stick CCBC into google for a phone number.0 -
One search should be £6 and should show the actual judgement. Did you use the correct service?0
