Unbiased is also a load of rubbish.
How they get away with being called unbiased is beyond me. Unless you tick a little button hidden somewhere it only displays the paid for entries.

Unbiased promotes those who pay to advertise there, so chances are that's the kind of broker you've contacted.

Im not saying the companies on there are bad. Just that Unbiased is nothing more than a lead generation site.

You can't beat a broker on here if they are open to taking clients here. I did and it was the best thing I did, completely hassle free and only did a quick fact find quick phone call and off he went and got me a mortgage offer in 2 weeks.

Look at their past posts and you will see how well they carry themselves and the complexity of cases they deal with

I wasn't aware brokers who post on here were open to "new clients" :T
  • Some brokers on here will be open to new clients, some will politely ask not be be private messaged as they may not have capacity.

You will find with most of the brokers on here that they are here to help and provide assurance when in some cases an op may be panicking and worried.

Not all are, some have put this on their signature of not wanting contact for example. Try your luck, some brokers have already posted on here, do some research into their posting history

There's only me who asks not to be contacted. People still do it, asking for answers to questions they should have opened a thread for all to reply; or to ask for representation.

I'm already working at least a fifty hour week, plus every third Sunday I'm "on-call" and often I'm tidying stuff up on other weekend mornings.

What I do on here is light relaxation. I can answer what I want, when I want. It doesn't feel like work.
