Tube ticket options for 3 day family break in London
Please can anyone offer advice on the best tube ticket option for visiting London. Arriving Saturday and Leaving Monday (pm). Zones 1-2.
2 Adults
1 child aged 9
1 child aged 12
3 day travelcard seems obvious solution but the Oyster card appears cheaper. Are these suitable for a short break and how much would it cost.
The various websites are confusing. I think one child travels free but other child appears to need a photocard.
Any advice greatly appreciated from either Londoners or those who have recently visited London.
