Halifax Ultimate Rewards Cashback Awards question

Hi all,
New to posting so if not in right forum please feel free to move . My question is in regards to my Halifax Ultimate Reward Account ( which I’ve had a while) I am trying to get Cashback working on it but it says that this account does not qualify , the only other account I have is an easy cash account that I never use that says I can only use the Cashback Extras on this account , can anyone advise , thanks.
