Stick or twist with Virgin Media?

Hello,
I'm in a pickle about what to do with the Virgin Media price hike. My current package is £87 a month and I'm about 12 months into an 18 month contract. I have Full House VIVID 200 with Sky Sports in HD.
I absolutely love football but I'm starting to think, am I better off financially without it? But then I think, I'd miss watching it on a 4K TV on weekends where I don't do anything and although I'd save money without it. Would I spend that money elsewhere on other activities such as drinking... or nights out. The TV/football was meant to keep me in at the weekends.
What are my other options in regards to watching football? I honestly don't know at this moment.
