Parking operator evidence to popla

Hello,

During my popla appeal, the operator sent their own batch of evidence which included an example photo of bays on the private land in question.

The photo is not a photo of the private land in question and displays white line parking bays which are not on the private land in question.

Does this make the operators evidence invalid?

Have you been asked by PoPLA to comment on the operator's evidence?

If so, that is your opportunity to point this out.

Point out everything in the operator's evidence that is wrong and everything in your PoPLA appeal that the PPC has not challenged.
