No Turning right PCN

Hello


I have received a PCN for turning right when i shouldn't. I tried asking for photographic evidence as at the time i was selling the car in question but later changed my mind, i do not believe it was me driving..


Now i have a charge notice and havering council advise they sent a letter rejecting my appeal a few weeks ago.


Does any one know am i entitled to see photographic evidence for this? I know with speeding points they need to provide it? is this grounds to appeal in the first place? I now think i need to wait for a order of payment before i can take this further.


Any help would be appreciated as i cant find anything relating to a no turn right pcn.

Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate) as they need to see all the small print.

PePiPoo has an excellent success record in dealing with council tickets.
