Looks like I'll soon need a new under counter fridge, which are the current best manufacturers with reliable fridges and good customer service?
Thanks

Not addressing your queries directly but hopefully useful ...
The London Fire Brigade and Which? now only recommend refrigerators, freezers or fridge-freezers with a "flame-retardant back" Not plastic, only aluminium-laminate or metal.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -

Over the last 40 odd years I have had a few under the counter larder fridges and they tend to last about 12-15 years so I never needed customer services. Likewise I don't take out extended insurance cover. Current one is six years old and is a Hotpoint. One before was a Beko. I tend to buy on price, energy rating and how adjustable the shelves and door shelves are. Last one was £150, metal back and came with a £50 Ocado voucher!0

I bought this fridge (£199 including delivery) in August from ao.com:
Hotpoint RLA36P.1_WH
Fridge in White
I chose it because of the comment Fire Fox gives:
