P4 parking

I GOT parking charge notice from P4 PARKING but no PCN number to pay so I dont know what to do, in their website ask for PCN AND vehicle registration anyone advice thanks in advance, I got ticket because ,, vehicle is parke on outside of the terms and conditions as laid down by landowner.

If you're not going to make any effort to help yourself, you're not endearing yourself to anyone here to persuade them to help you further.

If you have just got the ticket, you have plenty of time to read the sticky and reply properly - You don't want to give PPCs any free shots at you or limit your options down the line by giving too much info/identifying the driver and replying in haste can easily do that.
