Have had bt sim for over a year.
they now say i have not got an account.?

do you use your phone regularly, some de-activate if not used for 6 months or so.0 -
Read the terms and conditions that you agreed to when you bought the SIM. That governs how the SIM can be deactivated. And normally, not using it for a given time period is one of the ways.0

The terms say that the SIM will be deactivated if not used for 12m after activation. Which is probably what has happened.No free lunch, and no free laptop

bt opened 2 separate accounts
i now have a new sim card but cannot activate it as that section
of their site is being ? repaired
