Buying a Boswell house

Hi all,
I've recently contacted my council regarding the right to buy my house. It's a Boswell PRC house. I've contacted a few PRC repair companies to quote me to carry out repair work, in order to gain a prc certificate but one response was to decline because they've never repaired a Boswell house (an honest and responsible answer) and another has said their engineers cannot find a scheme repairing these properties.
Does anyone know if there's a way around this or if this means I'd have to demolish and rebuild if I continue and want to make it mortgageable in future?
Thank you
Gina

Thanks!
I've contacted PRC homes, who said they can't find a recognised scheme. I've been contacted by Mortgage solutions today though, who said there is a scheme and to ignore PRC homes. I also contact Valley developments, who said they have never repaired a Boswell house so now I'm not sure what's right. I've emailed the BRE but, as far as I'm aware, they mainly deal with companies, rather than individual homeowners.0
