CSA hasn't taken payment

Hi We are paying a debt to csa and make a regular payment by direct debit. However they haven't taken the payment this month. I know csa is closing but I assumed payments would continue as normal and just be taken over by the new system? Thanks in advance

In case anyone comes across this thread because they are in the same situation.

CMS have now written to us as it has been transferred to the new system

We just had to call them to setup the payment plan
