Gladstones - Letter Returned

After some great support from the board, I sent off a letter in response to Gladstone's Letter Before Claim. As advised, I sent it first-class, didn't pay for it to be recorded, but got a receipt of posting from the Post Office.
I received my letter back today, with a sticker on from the Royal Mail saying that it was being returned because the recipient had 'gone away.'
As Gladstones didn't supply an address, I used the address from their website, which is still listed on there.
Any thoughts?

I wonder if the Golf club knows that a scam is being run on their premises .... doubt it0 -
Decided to give them a call. First time it rang for a few minutes, and then an unfamiliar dial tone came on.
Second time, I got through to someone who said that they are there, and could I email it again, or post again. Going to post it again today.0
