Solarplicity #Fail
I wonder if someone can help
I received a letter from Solarplicity saying they are ending my Tariff and increasing my price by £120 (over 25%)
I thought they had to give 30 days notice, the letter was backdated to 1st October, the letter arrived on 16th October
How to I report them to OFGEM for this stunt?
Can I refuse the rise in tariff until November 16th ?
So many bad experiences with this company!
