Ebuyer Return - PO Box Address

Hi
I purchased a TV through Ebuyer which I would like to return as it is deeper than I want. I have raised a request through Ebuyer and they have provided me with a PO Box return address. After reviewing various couriers, it appears none will deliver to a PO Box address. I wondered if anyone had a similar experience, or some advice. I have contacted Ebuyer for an alternative address, but waiting for a response.
