just confirmed in writing from the land owner - should i expect some paperwork from glad stones/drp/cpm?

    this was their reply:

Further to our telephone conversation, I have spoken to our contact at CPM (UK Car Park Management) regarding your on-going PCN case.

They have spoken with DRP & Gladstone and as a gesture of goodwill and due to your mitigating circumstances the PCN has now been cancelled and there will be no further correspondence regarding this PCN.

As mentioned, once cases are passed on there isn’t a lot we can do here at the Ship & Trades, however after reading your appeals and hearing your story regarding your daughters health, we would like to offer you and your partner an evening out to our restaurant on us. Please find attached a meal for 2 voucher as a gift from all of us here. This entitles you to two complimentary main courses. I have extended the voucher expiry date so you can plan way in advance to get the cover care you need for your daughter.

Once again, please accept my apologies for any extra stress this may have caused you and your family.

    Kind Regards,

    Well that's a nice gesture.

Good on you for your resilience and getting this cancelled.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
