Highview Parking at Riverside Retail Park

Hello everyone, I was looking for some information on google when I found this forum with plenty of information regarding this matter and I'm looking for some advice on how to proceed with my case and what's the best thing to do...
Yesterday I received a letter with a Charge Notice issued on 19/10/2018 stating that I overstayed on the Riverside Retail Park in Norwich. It was my first time being there and I had no clue about this type of companies, I was suppose just to go with my partner to change her birthday gift but since we were about to open our business and we had there other shops where we needed to get a few more things we just walked around the retail picking everything we needed.
As we all know, a retail park normally is not small and walking in and out the shops takes time, beside that we just notice the signs when we were walking to the other side of the park.
Should I appeal?
ps.: sorry for long post

it does not say anything of the sort (so edit your post into DRIVER and KEEPER, no "ME , MYSELF & I"
it says that the driver contravened the parking rules and they have sent this Notice to The Keeper because they think that the keeper is legally liable
yes you appeal it, so read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread, 3 threads down from the top of this forum
appeal it as KEEPER using the blue text template, with NO alterations0 -

First of all, thank you for your reply and apologise for any lack of information and my late answer.
Basically they sent the Charge Notice stating 'either you were the registered keeper (...) or the registered keeper has named you as the driver', with timed photos of the car going in and out the park.
To make sure, I simply copy and paste the blue text template from the NEWBIES thread and appeal it? Should I Scan any receipts proofing that I was shopping?
Many thanks0 -
Just send the basic one size fits all template - no additions.
Beware the Highview drop down box which keeps defaulting back to 'I was the driver', especially if you change any text even after selecting another option. Last job before submitting, double check that box, take a screen shot, submit.
It will be cancelled by around Tuesday of next week! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

One quick question, what should be the reason I choose on the appeal? It shows me a dropdown list with the following options: 'Disable badge holder' , 'Not aware or TC's' , 'I paid for parking' , 'My vehicle broke' , 'I had permission to park' , 'I was guest at hotel' , 'Extenuating circunstances' , 'Other'. I'm in between 'not aware or TC's' or 'Other', any idea?
Thanks again.0 -
How about 'Other'? They're only really interested in you saying 'I was the driver'.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Done! Thanks all of you for your time. I'll let you know something as soon as I get an answer from them.0

Most people are more concerned at NOT choosing the wrong first one, that says either:
'I was the driver and...'
or
'I was not the driver and...'
Obviously no-one here chooses to say 'I was the driver' to Highview!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
