I assume that, by the OP's logic, they'd have been happy to pay the difference if next door was released at a higher price than theirs was...?

Hope they also never book flights or hotel rooms on the internet, or pop into supermarkets near closing time when the yellow stickers are being put on fresh goods....0 -
