In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder (defined below) of the e-mail address associated with the entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organisation (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. An Entrant may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the Entrant is the Authorized Account Holder of the email address associated with the entry. Any attempt by an Entrant to enter by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods may void his or her entries and may result in his or her disqualification, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes: The promotion starts 1st October 2018 and will end on 30th April 2019. Each month during the promotion 10 prize winners will be selected at random to win 1 Micro Trike each. The winners will be announced the first week of the following month. The random drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor whose decision is based upon their sole discretion and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, and is final and binding in all respects. Prizes are detailed above. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; except at the Sponsor's sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of comparable or greater value if advertised prize should become unavailable. The Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Prize Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on their respective prize he/she has received. No more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these Terms and Conditions will be awarded. Notifications: Potential prize winners will be notified within 3 working days from each entry period drawing date (each, a "notification" and collectively, the "notifications"). Potential Prize Winners will be notified via email. Potential Prize Winners must respond within 7 days to the Notification to confirm their details remain the same to those submitted. Upon receipt and verification, Prize will be shipped to the Prize Winner within 30 days. In the event the Sponsor cannot reach the potential Prize Winner via the Notification method listed above, or the potential Prize Winner does not respond by the date indicated within such Notification, if it is determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that the potential Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, such potential Prize Winner will be disqualified (without compensation of any kind) and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected through a random drawing from the remaining non-winning entries received for that respective Entry Period. If the Prize or Notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected.
