I made a purchase at JackWills.com for a T-shirt that was in the sale reduced from £20 to £14.
When the T-shirt arrived the label on the item said it had been reduced to £12.57, a price difference of £1.43.
I contacted JackWills and was told this is because stock can be on sale or promotion in stores and sent back to the warehouse and a new label should have been attached showing the £14 price tag!
When I called JackWills the person on the phone explained what seemed to have happened and suggested I take a photo of the label and email it in to them.
I've done this and the customer service team have replied to say they will take no action.
What are my rights here?
I'm don't really care about the £1.43 being refund, some good old customer service would have been nice as I think they've just lost a life long customer over this issue. I wonder how many other people have fallen short of this tactic

Nothing wrong here at all. You was happy to pay £14 and received the correct t-shirt.
Your options are to return it for a full refund, then travel to a JackWills store, hope they have it in stock and purchase it for £1.43 cheaper.0 -

If its within 14 days, you've taken reasonable care of it and a UK company, you can cancel for a full refund - although you may be liable for return postage costs which would likely exceed £1.43.
Other than that, you made an offer, they accepted it.
A nugget of wisdom in bargain hunting is that once you buy, stop looking. Because undoubtedly the price will reduce and that purchase you were happy with will invariably lose its glow. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

Good advice in general, but off the mark in this case ... the reduced price was on a label on the goods the OP received so OP had no choice but to see it.0 -
I had this with a pair of full priced leggings from Tesco direct, ordered online at £14. Came with £12 price tag on. Mentioned it to them and they immediately refunded the difference. Never thought I would have occasion to praise tescos customer care. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Good point, thats what i get for speed reading! You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
I'd say it's definitely very short sighted of Jack Wills, they are prepared to lose a future customer for the sake of a little customer service.0

When you contacted them they explained that a mistake was made and they told you what happened and you say that you don't care about the £1.43 yet you have decided to no longer buy from them in the future.
You've had an explanation and if you are not worried about the money, what exactly do you want?
Correspondence from someone who probably doesn't know or care why they are typing out a letter or e-mail of apology is in my opinion, a totally worthless gesture.0 -
Youve contacted the multiple times including sending a photo, for the price of a bottle of milk...
