Best Transfer Option

Hi

Halifax have offered me a balance transfer and I was just wondering how I could work out which option would save me the most money, if that's possible.

The first option is 4.9% for 36 months with no transfer fee; or
0% for 15 months with 3% fee.

I would be looking to transfer about £1,200.00.

15 months at 0% with a 3% fee will be best assuming that you can either repay the balance or transfer it elsewhere after the 15 months.

Thank you Ben. I did wonder if that would be the best option but just wanted some another opinion. It's unlikely I'll get it paid off before the 15 months but always usually manage to find another deal.
