I have the above but it seems not seem too warm food but works ladt worked ok on sunday

That model number doesn't come back with anything, has this come from Currys by any chance? Is this one of those all singing all dancing ones that grills, roasts, cooks and does the dishes as well?

How long have you have it? Less than 12 months? Take it back where you bought it from.
