UKPC now infesting Weston-super-Mare hospital

I visited my Uncle/FiL today in Weston General Hospital. Whilst looking for somewhere to park I noticed a chap carrying a step ladder standing by a UKPC van which was of course parked on a yellow hatched area.
Both he and the van wore the statement, signage installation team.
The main P & D car park still appears to be operated by the hospital trust using barriers at entrance and exit and the relatively fair pay on exit system.
The rest of the car parking areas, of which there are several, are for staff (with barriers), staff disabled and general public disabled, and a few just general public without barriers.
I spotted a couple of the newly installed signs and they do not conform to the BPA CoP. From 10m the charge could not be determined by any of the three occupants of my car.
Alas I had neither my phone or my camera. I shall be visiting again tomorrow with my Cousin/SiL and I will try to remember to take pics of the signs.
I don't know if any of this has been reported in the local press.
I wonder how long it will be before PCNs are issued and letters start to appear in the local paper.

I married my cousin. I had to...
I don't have a sister.

All my screwdrivers are cordless.

Well done Fruitcake
I wonder why this hospital does not know about this fraudster0 -
I don't think I have seen any UKPC signage that conforms to the BPA COP, even though they say they audit annually!0

I visited again today and took a load of photos. Unfortunately I didn't realise there is a second entrance, so I will try to take more pics on my next visit.
There are millions of signs, none of which conform. Imagine my surprise. I have attached a selected few below.
Main entrance. This sign can only be seen if approaching from one direction (the road, not the most excellent popular singing group) There is no pay and display car park at this site, only pay on exit.
Sign in one of the shared staff disabled and public disabled car parks.
Sign in one of the staff car parks.
(Note, I have been VERY selective with choosing the position and angles from which to take pics of these particular signs.)
View of a sign in the pay for parking area taken from the back of my car. Note the prominence of the £100 charge.
Close up of one of the signs in the public car park. Note that it mentions a valid pay and display ticket. As already mentioned, there isn't a P & D car park at this site.
Close up of one of the signs in the staff car park.
Brand new signs installed within the last few days, all failing the BPA CoP. How unusual.
If anyone posts about this location, I am happy to receive a PM about it as I have more pics that may help.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Bring our own lawyer to interpret those signs! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
