Note - I have searched the forum and struggling to find a specific response to my issue at the moment. Please bear with me. Background Premier Parking Solutions took legal action for my non response to a parking fine. I did not see BW Legals letters to me and a County Court Judgement was issued. OP, you may well find that you are unable to do the AoS online.

Others have found that route blocked because of this fiasco.

If that's the case you may need to speak to the CCBC and ask them how to get around it. They will probably suggest sending the AoS by email. Send it to ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk
