Hello, so I went to a car park by the station just to withdraw some cash from the cashpoint and there were a few people infront so it took a few minutes and went straight back and I see a parking charge notice on my screen. I decided to just ignore all of the letters so far but this is the latest one. They have transferred the debt to another company (zenith) and now i received this letter from scs.
What is the best course of action??

Standard debt recovery scam letter on pimped out letter heading, Debt Recovery Plus, Zenith all the same scammers.
You shouldn't have ignored in the first place, but everything is explained in the Newbies thread on page one.
Don't ignore real court papers if they come in the post however, though Parking Ticketing are not litigious at present!0 -
So is it just a waiting game now to be taken to court or?0

Never say never but these are your odds of them taking you to court at present, you should realise you are dealing with a lying scammers industry:
