Hi all, I would really appreciate some info.
I have just spoken to Traffic Enforcement Centre regarding a bus lane fine appeal because the baliffs were at my door this morning. I completed an out of time form and sent it to TEC about a month ago after receiving a large bill at my address regarding a bus lane fine I was only first hearing about. TEC said the council didn't respond so they have removed my appeal from their system.
Does that (council not responding) mean my appeal was unsuccessful?

the place for council tickets is called pepipoo fightback forums , where they have a council section and experts who may advise you
join up with a gmail email address or similar (not hotmail)
post your query in the right section and you may get an answer
