User manual for Smart Meter

I am in a dispute with Npower as the opening meter reading for my Smart meter.
The outgoings tenant reading was 2305 as opposed to the correct one that I took at 3903, but they will not accept mine because it is vastly different, even though I provided photographic evidence of the readings for 3 months after (but failed to get a photo of the 3903 stupidly enough!).
The Smart meter is an EON one, but the tenant changed the supplier and the meter is now dumb. They didn't know how to read it, hence providing a random number.
I managed to find a manual once which showed what other things the Smart meter can display if you push the other numbers on the panel, but cannot find it now. I want to prove the meter reading history.
The Smart meter is a Secure Liberty 100 - any information on how I can look for past meter reading history would be appreciated. Npower are trying to charge me £281!!

Pressing keypad 4 on the meter should show kWh usage for the last month and subsequent presses should show usage for up to 12 months.

You don't need photos ; just ensure meter readings are notated and agreed on your ingoing inventory on the day your tenancy starts.

But apparently you took a photo 2 weeks into the tenancy, and had a reading of 4014

Edit: I now see you may not be the tenant, but the owner, in which case you should have ensured meter readings were notated and agreed on the outgoing inventory on the day the tenancy ended.

THe kwh for electric and cu m for gas are both found on button 9. Watch out for the decimal point on the electric.
