Hospital vinyl flooring

Anyone know the proper name or material used in hospital shower toilets. It's blue in colour looks like some sort of vinyl it dries when water is split on it.

I don't know if it's the same but I have a product called tarkett in my wet room and it's similar to the stuff in the wet areas at work but I could choose "nicer" options other than "hospital blue or green".0
