hfc and rbs ppi clim no records

Hi ,i am having problems after complaining to hfc bank and rbs. Firstly hfc car loan ppi complaint i hada car loan 1994 and hsbc which has now taken over hfc have no data on my loan. Rbs mortgage 2000_2006 have told me that they also have no data on my mortgage, what options do i have as i have no paperwork for these transactions due to the length of time . Appreciate any help and advice. Thank you
