Lloyds - Do not hold a copy of thee original mortgage agreement or details of any insurance that you held with the mortgage.
Mortgage agreements dont show any insurance you take out. So, it wouldnt help you anyway.
Lloyds have only ever sold standalone monthly premium cover.Data protection and retention laws require us to only hold documemtation for closed accounts for six years after they have been repaid.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
