It really depends on two principal things.
First of all, completion of the building and it being handed over to HA. If the house is structurally complete already this isn’t going to be an issue.
Secondly, how long it will take to get your mortgage sorted. Once that’s been issued and the mortgage offer received it should be possible to complete the purchase within a handful of days, assuming the house is structurally complete.
