Only a few months since move from SP and 5k Nectat points saved.
Recently 2nd general enquiry with sse as I'm again unable to view electric usage online.
This was resolved for a very short time after I had raised 1st enquiry a few weeks after account went active.
Is sse view usage reliable or is this something to get used to.
Thankfuly bills seem fine -next one from late Nov' though 1st was as expected.

Online usage is taking quite some time to found a soluition -by Sse's admission.
Better news is quarterly bills (paid monthly)
Average cost £57 per month approx or £227 since 8th July until 28th Oct'
Seems very reasonable, including stoarage heaters on since late Sept.
Only small electric fire to try if freezing conditions arrive over winter.
9/10 so far for sse since my sp switch early 2018.
Sse misses 10/10 due to online fault not displaying my usage.
