Be careful of this company! They're cheap but if you buy gadget cover. You must have proof, original receipts must be purchased in the UK from a store, not new unwanted gifts being resold, basically I purchased cover for my daughter and chose to go with this company, taking out gadget cover and even excess waiver. Firstly they asked for a receipt as proof of purchase (despite being told the camera in question was a gift purchased from Gumtree) Once a receipt was provided, they said the item is not new and the receipt is not on a letterhead proving purchase In the UK!! A bad review on Trustpilot got a swift reply from somebody, who was very kind. This led to nothing, currently awaiting appeal. Hate to think of these issues if medical assistance had been required. I'm claiming mis-selling, at no point was this issue of proof highlighted . Happy to take our money and let us buy extra cover??
