The template appeal in the NEWBIES FAQ still works.

A relative received a postal PCN from Civil Enforcement Ltd. for an alleged overstay of 30 minutes in a ``1hour FREE CAR PARK ``.

Appealed using the `BLUE TEMPLATE` on the CEL website. 05/10/2018

Today he has received notice of cancellation of PCN.

Only posting to say another big thank you, to all the very busy regular forum posters for the invaluable information contained in the NEWBIES FAQ thread.
